New trailer released for The Livingroom Sessions, a web series showcasing local Brooklyn artists in their home spaces at www.creativecontrol.tv.

The Livingroom Sessions’ latest trailer features poet Warsan Shire, the Toys and Tiny Instruments band, MC/designer Bisco Smith, and electro-acoustic singer Sarah White. The episodes offer a pure snapshot of each artist in their natural environments, eliminating the wall between process and product. Nothing separates viewer from artist as they practice drums on the couch, invite us to see their supplies and personal photographs, and experiment in the spaces in which they are the most comfortable: at home. This trailer offers just a taste of what’s to come with many more artists revealed as the season unfolds.

Caits Meissner’s The Livingroom Sessions brings you unmasked, experiential glimpses into the lives of underground artists, and the settings in which they create. Episode one premieres June 15th on Creative Control TV.
